Yep, that’s right. Our hiring page starts with the word careers. We looked around our industry and realized that the average job at a Pilates studio is broken, so we decided to make it different. Mindful movement is important, and jobs in our industry should provide a living wage and family-sustaining working conditions.
More than “JUST”
We dream of a world where people who work in fitness don’t downplay how life-changing and essential their jobs are. You aren’t “just” a Pilates Teacher or “just” working at a studio. Our studio managers and front desk staffers are integral to health education and helping people make commitments to changing their lives for the better. The transformations our clients experience from mindful movement are nothing short of incredible. Movement is medicine, and we’re on the frontlines of prevention in terms of physical and mental health.
That’s why we hire staff to be full- or part-time members of our team. That’s why we provide ongoing mentorship and support. It’s why our team members have access to professional development funds so that they can grow their skills.
We’re looking for the best
We got our start over 16 years ago in Athens, and our clients expect the best of the best. Our instructors are exceptionally skilled and able to work with students that come in with a wide variety of needs. There’s never a dull moment here. We work with stressed out overachievers, active agers, recent physical therapy graduates, and people who have never exercised before. The commonality among all of these groups is that they need skilled educators who can adapt to meet the needs of the students in front of them, all while seamlessly holding space in a calming, yet motivating atmosphere. Whether you’re looking to teach with us, manage our studio, or work at our front desk, you’re a key part of providing that for our clients.
This also happens to be why we don’t hire often. We’re looking for the best and committed to providing the training and support to make sure that our new team members thrive.
