Designed with folks who have realized that age isn't just a number, this class is great for anyone looking to build balanced muscle tone and good range of motion. We want you to be able to sit on the floor with the kids in your life, carry your own groceries, and realize that aches and pains don't have to be part of aging. Class is set to an upbeat playlist of songs from the 60s, 70s, and 80s, and song requests are always welcome!

All students should be able to participate in this class so long as they are capable of getting up and down from the reformer and lifting the 8 lb box to move it.
